Items that have been poorly wrapped, marked or labelled 

Goods that are antiques over 100 years old (you can speak to our specialist team so we can check the risks and have a specialist driver for this artifacts).

All Tickets and passes, including bus or train passes, festival, concert, movie or any ticket of any sorts can not be compensated for lost transit

Any artifacts or bar made of precious metals such as wholly gold, gold, or silver

Currency notes and coins of any sort

Food and perishables 

Any type of human or animal bones not excluding ashes

Real Fur

Items which can be exchanged by themselves or with any other item for money or goods or services

Credit cards and bank card including any bank documents including bank drafts

Fossils, stones, stoneware 

Marble or any stone derivative

Diamonds and other precious stones with a value in excess of £250

Jewellery with a value over £250 or antique items

Watches over £250 or antique items

Resin, amber and composite items

Glass items or fragile items that contains glass.

Kitchen appliances (e.g. white goods or electronic equipment with fragile/glass parts)

Documentation (such as medical, employment, property or commercial records)

Coupons, vouchers, tokens or stamps

Laptops

TVs and monitors

Cameras and lenses

Memorabilia, photographs, signed items and vinyl records

Paintings, prints or canvases

Any dangerous, hazardous, perishable or prohibited goods

Chilled and frozen food

Liquids or items contained in glass or ceramics – Please note ALL liquids are prohibited

Bearer securities including share warrants

Cameras and lenses

Bonds or relative coupons un-franked postage or revenue stamps (except a revenue stamp embossed or impressed on an instrument which has been executed)

Credit cards and debit cards

Coupons, vouchers, tokens or stamps

Lottery tickets, scratch cards or similar

Documentation (such as medical, employment, property or commercial records)

Negotiable and Identification documents (including passports, driving licenses etc.)

Cheques or dividend warrants which are uncrossed and made payable to the bearer

National insurance stamps

Scripts or subscription certificates

Furniture (unless flat packed and safely packaged)

Items which have been strapped together

Uncrossed postal orders which do not state to whom they are to be paid

SIM cards

Tobacco and tobacco products

Ceramic or composite items of any description including without limitation mirrored items, crystal, ceramics, porcelain, plaster, marble, china, stone, slate, resin, granite, concrete (or any item containing these materials)

Lighting equipment and light bulbs

Musical instruments (including their cases or suitcases when used as external packaging) 

Plants, seeds, flowers and plant derivatives

Spectacles and optical equipment (e.g. telescopes or binoculars)
